Referral Rules

Cash & Margin

1. Users need to invite friends (the Referral(s)) to register on BitMax.io through the Personal Referral Link.
2. Users will receive a 10% trading fee rebate if the Referral(s) register through the personal referral link and complete a trade for Cash/Margin trading (valid for 90 days).

• If the Referral’s VIP level of the day is 0-3 during the 90-day referral period, users will receive 10% of their trading fee as a referral reward.
• If the referral’s VIP level of the day is 4 or above during the 90-day referral period, users will not be eligible for the referral reward.
• Users will no longer be eligible for the referral reward after the 90-day referral period.

Futures

1. Users need to invite friends (the Referral(s)) to register on BitMax.io through the Personal Referral Link.
2. The Referral(s) will be eligible for a 10% trading fee discount for 365 days after account registration.
3. Users will receive part of the Referral(s)' transaction fees as a referral reward (valid for 365 days after the Referral's account registration). The table below displays Referral Ratio relative to total trading volume from all referrals and referral tier:
   
   
4. Users can redistribute part of their futures referral reward to the Referrals by modifying the Rebate Factor.

Notes:

1. Users' Personal Referral Link applies to both Cash & Margin Referral and Futures Referral.

2. For users who have already participated in the previous BitMax.io Referral Program, their eligibility for the new Futures Referral Program will be based on the actual referral date per following schedule:

- If the referral date ≤ 90 days from the start of the referral program, users will be eligible for referral reward from the Referral's Cash & Margin trading AND Futures trading.

- If 90 days < the referral date ≤ 365 days from the start of the referral program, users will ONLY be eligible for referral reward from the Referral's Futures trading.

- If the referral date > 365 days from the start of the referral program, users will NOT be eligible for any referral rewards.

3. It is counted as ONE day from UTC 0:00 to UTC 24:00 (7:00 p.m. EST to 7:00 p.m. EST the next day). Referral rewards of the day will be settled at UTC 00:00 the next day, and will be posted to user's account within 4 hours after settlement.

4. Reminder: BitMax.io reserves the final right on the interpretation and adjustment of these Terms and Conditions.
