Event details
WingSwap will appoint some of you as ambassadors in select geographies. These ambassadors will be chosen on the merit of their application. They are expected to have a deep knowledge of the product ecosystem and what WingSwap are bringing to market. Make sure you acquaint yourself with WingSwap Litepaper and the medium articles that have been published so far. Remember, you will represent WingSwap in your geography.
A bridge between two worlds
Now, many may also be wondering what the requirements of becoming an ambassador are. All it takes is a good knowledge of the overall cryptocurrency market as well as DeFi and DAOs; and experience in moderating a community. If you can speak multiple languages, you have an added advantage!
The team does not expect all candidates to be crypto experts, but a basic fundamental knowledge of blockchain technology is essential. You can help translate and proofread the content of various types, which will then be disseminated to the community at large. Here too, you’ll play a role that involves communicating with WingSwap team members.
WingSwap ambassadors are expected to help new users understand and become comfortable with WingSwap current and future products, and the overall ecosystem. This is especially important given that WingSwap have a slew of new products coming in the next few months, so your guide will be very valuable as the ecosystem expands.
You will also act as a communication point for users, answering their questions, responding to comments, and relaying relevant feedback to the WingSwap team. In addition to organizing online and offline events and meetups, you will also be responsible for maintaining and moderating online and offline communities.
WingSwap Country Ambassadors
This ambassadorship will bring the team closer to the community and help WingSwap grow at the same time. To start with, WingSwap are looking for representation in the following KYC compliant countries —Example: Indonesia, India, Russia, China, and Vietnam. In the next phase, WingSwap have plans to expand in geographies that are less represented by WingSwap community.
In the next few days, the team will select people from the community that will help us communicate WingSwap core differentiators in multiple languages. These ambassadors will have insider access to the WingSwap team, including access to branding and marketing assets as well as tech support.
It doesn’t matter where you come from, as long as you are friendly, tech- and/or crypto-savvy and willing to help others in WingSwap community channels such as Twitter, Telegram, and Discord. We encourage you to apply to be a country ambassador.
An ambassador’s key responsibilities will be as follows:
- Help new users become comfortable with the product
- Act as a communication point between users and FantomStarter
- Gather suggestions & feedback to help WingSwap grow
- Proofreading & Translating content of various types
