Event details
Umee would like to give the community some more ways to have fun, and they’re opening up the Umeevengers Phase 1 applications.
Phase 1 Details
- Validators (aka Umeevengers) will compete amongst each other on Uptime, Never Jailed, Number of Blocks processed, and Contributions to the Umee network in general each week.
- The prize pool will consist of 4 million UMEE tokens, that will be distributed at a later date.
- All the details of Phase 1 will be posted on Wednesday, September 29th.
- The program will run for 5 weeks, and there will be a leaderboard to track Validator scores.
- Phase 1 of the Umeevenger testnet will be limited to 200 Validator spots, so be sure to submit an application!
- There is also a waitlist for Validators to join the testnet at the end of each week in case other Validators drop out or are kicked for misbehavior.
- Applications are available from Monday, September 27th, 4 pm UTC — Friday, October 1st, 4 pm UTC
- Selected Validators, as well as the Validator waitlist, will be posted on a public spreadsheet on Wednesday, October 6th, 2021!
- Phase 1 is set to start on October 11th.
