All dedicated Tidal Titans will be handsomely rewarded with TIL tokens for their exemplary services, in addition to exclusive merchandise like t-shirts and goodies.

You’ll be compensated with TIL tokens depending on your role and work you undertake towards the growth of Tidal. Rewards will be distributed monthly based on month-to-month contributions. Quality of work and engagement will carry more weight in terms of rewards and exceptional efforts will be rewarded more heavily.

Limited opportunities

Initially, team will only be recruiting twenty of the most promising candidates to be part of the ambassador program. As first movers into the program, these individuals will have better chances of climbing up the Titan ladder. The higher you stand, the better your rewards.

Team’d like to reinstate that most people who make a name for themselves in ambassador programs go on to shoulder more responsibilities and carve a reputation within the crypto industry.

Who are team looking for?

Program is open to anyone and everyone. Team are a completely decentralized project and their goals could not be achieved without a faithful community. Thus, team’re actively in need of people across different fields and specialized skills. This would involve community management, marketing, social media, network growth, content creation, business development, etc.

Please note: Covid-19 has completely changed the world and the way team interact with one another. Safety and health of titans is paramount for them at Tidal. Hence, for the time being everything relating to the program will be 100% virtual. As the year progresses, and hopefully the spectrum of Covid-19 recedes, team hope to conduct in person events, meetups, conferences, etc.

Responsibilities

Tidal Finance wants to revolutionize DeFi insurance and protect platform assets. The goal of the Tidal Titans program is to increase adoption of the platform and bring in both current DeFi users and a new wave of crypto enthusiasts into Tidal through networking and marketing. Their chosen Titans will be responsible for:

• Engaging with the digital community through social platforms
• Educating the public about Tidal Finance via content and social media
• Growing network of influencers, exchange partners and project partners
• Increasing social media and mainstream media presence
• Testing new features of the Tidal platform
• Developing bots for moderating, analysis, and data
• Translating documents, articles, and social media posts
• Establishing and growing regional Tidal communities
• Mentoring other Tidal Titan members to share skills

Team will give simple guidelines to the Titans on how to go about achieving these goals, as well as tailor many of the responsibilities to suit individual skills. Team shall offer sufficient resources and more to execute plans/initiatives for the better of the community and Tidal’s growth prospects.

Tidal Finance is supported by a global community and team welcome supporters and crypto enthusiasts from across the world to be a part of the Tidal Titans program.
