How To Enter

1. Online entry only. To participate in the Giveaways, Entrant must visit https://www.sliver.tv/ (“SLIVER.tv”) and become a registered user. If Entrant is already a registered user, Entrants must sign in to their account. If Entrant is not a registered user, Entrant is required to follow the directions and register as a member. Entrant may register using Twitch, Facebook Connect, STEAM, or may register using their email address and filling out all required information. International Entrants located outside the United States or the District of Columbia must register using Facebook Connect. In order to register, Entrant must also agree to Sponsor’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Membership is free. 
2. Entrant may also participate in the Giveaways by downloading the App and filling out all required information to become a registered user. If Entrant already has the App, Entrant must sign in to their account. If Entrant is not a registered user of the App, Entrant is required to follow the directions and register as a member (join) within the App. Entrants may register using Facebook Connect, STEAM, or may register using their email address and filling out all required information. International Entrants located outside the United States or the District of Columbia must register using Facebook Connect. In order to register, Entrants must also agree to Sponsor’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Membership is free. 
3. To be eligible to enter any of the specific Giveaways, Entrants must collect coins on SLIVER.tv or within the App. Coins are used to enter the specific Giveaways. Coins can be collected by viewing any of the streaming channels on SLIVER.tv or within the App. Entrant collects ten (10) coins for every minute of viewing of each streaming channel. Entrant can view more than one streaming channel at once. While viewing a streaming channel, additional coins may also be collected by answering random pop-up trivia correctly. The rate at which Entrant collects coins may increase at Sponsors discretion during special events. Coins are also collected from crates awarded to the Entrant, as a daily login bonus, or during special events.

Additional Information

There are four (4) specific Giveaways to enter:

Grand Giveaways: Using SLIVER.tv (through the app or the website) during the specific Giveaway Period, Entrants may exchange coins for tickets that are entered into the Grand Giveaway. The exchange rate for coins to tickets is 1:1. One (1) ticket is equal to one (1) entry into the specific Giveaway drawing to win a prize. Entrants may exchange multiple coins for multiple entries into the Grand Giveaway. Grand Giveaways are only available on SLIVER.tv.
 

Standard Giveaways: Standard Giveaways are only available during a live stream match on SLIVER.tv. Using SLIVER.tv during the specific Giveaway Period, Entrants may answer questions predicting the outcome of the game streaming for the specific Giveaway. Questions are non-skill based and are either yes, no, or multiple answer, based upon chance. Entrant must use the coins for each question to participate in Standard Giveaways. If the Entrant answers correctly, the coins are converted into tickets (at ratios specified in the specific Giveaway) and the tickets are entered into the specific Giveaway drawing to win a prize. If Entrant answers incorrectly, the coins are consumed by Sponsor and the Entrant is not entered into the specific Giveaway. All Entrants who are awarded at least one (1) ticket for a correct answer, are automatically awarded a prize crate. The prize crate is not part of the specific Giveaway prize drawing.
 

Pop-up Trivia Giveaways: Standard Giveaways are only available during a live stream match. Using SLIVER.tv or the App during the specific Giveaway Period, various pop-up trivia is shown during the live stream for Entrants to answer. If Entrant answers a question correctly, they will be awarded coins. 
 

ODDS. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
 

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF SELECTED ENTRANT. Each Giveaway entry will be submitted into a random drawing by a representative of Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be held on or about the date listed in the specific Giveaway on SLIVER.tv or on the App (“Drawing Date”) to determine one (1) or more potential winners (“Selected Entrants”). The number of Selected Entrants will be listed in the specific Giveaway. The Selected Entrants will be posted on SLIVER.tv and in the App. Entrants will also be notified through Entrant’s SLIVER.tv account or through the App within seventy-two (72) hours of drawing time (“Notification”). The Selected Entrant will be required to respond (as directed, via email) within four (4) business days of attempted Notification. Selected Entrant’s failure to respond timely to the Notification may result in forfeiture of the Prize, and in such case, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate Selected Entrant from among the remaining eligible entries, up to two additional (2) times. The Selected Entrant may be sent a declaration of eligibility / liability / publicity release (“Release”). Except where prohibited by law, the Release will state that Selected Entrant agrees to allow Sponsor to use (without additional compensation) his or her name, address, photograph, testimonial, likeness and/or biographical information for purposes of advertising and promotion (including, without limitation, posting on Sponsor’s website(s) and affiliated website(s)). Selected Entrant may also be required to provide name, U.S. Social Security Number (if Selected Entrant is a U.S. citizen, for tax form purposes), birth date, current address, and phone number. Unless restricted by law, the Selected Entrant will be required to complete and return the Release within the time period specified therein. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost, destroyed, misdirected, or incomplete Releases. The prize may also be forfeited, and in such case, an alternate Selected Entrant may be chosen from among the remaining eligible entries if the Selected Entrant: (i) cannot be reached; (ii) does not respond to the Notification in a timely manner as required pursuant to these Official Rules; (iii) fails to obtain all signatures on a required Release and to return the documents in a timely manner as required pursuant to these Official Rules; or (iv) cannot accept or receive the Prize for any reason, including under operation of law. Non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Selected Entrant. Sponsor may not make multiple attempts to contact Selected Entrant. 
 

PRIZE. The prize, the number of prizes, and the individual and total retail values of those prizes are listed in the specific Giveaway. No prize pool is ever worth more than $5000.
 

PRIZE CONDITIONS. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prize permitted, except as outlined in these rules, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason. Selected Entrant cannot assign or transfer the prize to another person or business. All activities related to the prize are at the Selected Entrant’s own risk, as defined below, and subject to whatever restrictions are imposed by the entities that govern such activities. If prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, or if Selected Entrant may not accept or receive a prize for any reason, prize will be forfeited. 
 

This may be a taxable event and except where prohibited, winner is responsible for all taxes and tariffs. Except where allowed by law, no assignment, transfer, or substitution of Prize is permitted. 
 

Where allowed, Selected Entrant also agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, and its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively “Releasees”) from and against any claims, damages, disability, attorneys’ fees, and costs of litigation and settlement, as well as any liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from: (i) use, redemption, acceptance, possession, ownership, or misuse of any prize, (ii) participation in any activity, event, or excursion offered in connection with the prize, (iii) use of any facility, service and/or accommodation related to the prize, or (iv) participation in any Giveaway-related activity or participation in the Giveaways. 
 

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaways or violating these Official Rules, and reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the Giveaways and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the winner(s) in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken. Sponsor shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, void, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or declarations, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical malfunctions, bugs, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors Giveaways Entrants may encounter when submitting their entry; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Giveaways; or (v) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Giveaways. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaways may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification from participation in the Giveaways. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney fees) to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.
 

DISPUTES. Disputes regarding these Official Rules and/or the Giveaways will be governed by the internal laws of the State of California. By entering, Entrant consents to jurisdiction in the federal and state courts of California for the resolution of any and all disputes. Certain non-U.S. Entrants shall have additional rights relating to resolving disputes, which Sponsor honors. GENERAL CONDITIONS. By participating, and except where prohibited, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaways or these Official Rules. Any portion of the Giveaways may be canceled, suspended and/or modified, in whole or in part, if in Sponsor’s opinion any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaways. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaways or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsman-like or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaways, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the Giveaways in the event the Giveaways cannot be run in a fair and equitable manner, and, if terminated, select the winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken. Entrants may not enter with multiple identities or use any automated system, bot or other device or artifice to enter or obtain more than the maximum number of qualified entries. Unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded.
 

PRIVACY. All personal information collected by Sponsor will be used for administration of the Giveaways. In addition, US Entrants who are otherwise qualified to receive commercial correspondence may receive email correspondence from, or on behalf of Sponsor subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy. Sponsor uses reasonable commercial efforts to comply with Federal CAN-SPAM guidelines and to supply information to entities that comply with CAN-SPAM guidelines, and Entrants may subsequently opt-out of receiving further emails by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Any questions regarding privacy matters should be directed to the address set out below. Please refer to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.sliver.tv/privacy-policy for important information regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by Sponsor.
 

PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited by law, Selected Entrant’s acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use said Selected Entrant’s full name, social media handles, photographs, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and city and state address for promotional or advertising purposes in connection with the Giveaways on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, now or hereafter known, in perpetuity, without review, permission or further compensation, including without limitation on Sponsor and its affiliates’ program(s), website(s) and social media page(s).
