- 5 social media content contributions per Ambassador per week (can be UGC, net-new content, trend-jacking, objection handling, or reactive posting)
- Increase average engagement on Twitter posts by 1%
- Own objection handling for spammy or negative talk
- Result in continuous community contributions
The Contributor
This grant is available to any Level 1 - Level 3 Braintrust Contributor. You will be asked to submit your Discord username in your application to verify contributor status.
This project requires:
- A project/program manager with lots of experience in people management and strategic skills to build an Ambassador program from the ground up.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Recruitment experience is a plus.

A-0002 Discord Ambassador Program

Build the Discord Ambassador Program and produce the first cohort of 10+ Discord Ambassadors to take ownership of the Braintrust Discord server. Ambassador activities will be to monitor Discord activities and posts to ensure a safe environment for the community; flag, take down content and kick/ban users as appropriate (only a few will have this moderator privilege), welcome and activate new members and encourage them to start leveling up, and execute content programming to keep existing members engaged at each level.

Build a social media analytics dashboard (or several) using the tools at our disposal to enable accurate measurement of our social media performance and empower data-driven decision-making. Existing tools in our arsenal include:
- Hubspot: Social media reporting
- Keyhole: Professional plan (custom set up includes 10 profile trackers and 5 social listening trackers, which include 5 keywords and 10,000 posts each)
- Shield: Creator plan
- YouTube: Standard analytics
- Google Analytics
- Hubspot: Social media reporting
High-Level Requirements
Set up an analytics dashboard(s) within existing tools (preferred) or within Google Data Studio (if existing tools cannot solve this challenge) that provides insights into Braintrust Twitter, LinkedIn, and Youtube accounts as well as Twitter and LinkedIn accounts for both Co-Founders, Adam Jackson and Gabe Luna-Ostaseski. The dashboard should allow us to see:
- Impressions
- Follower growth
- Post engagement
- Mentions Brand sentiment
- Branded hashtag performance
- Social listening for relevant Web3, Future of Work, etc. topic trends we can capitalize on by joining the conversation and sharing perspective
- Audience demographics including identifying followers who carry a high following themselves (the idea being to prioritize engagement with high-traffic accounts)
- Social traffic metrics
- Top performing posts, worst performing posts
- Clear takeaways on how we can improve growth and engagement including best time to post, best post formats, successful content types/themes, etc.
- Post scheduling capabilities
Specifically, Braintrust is looking for dashboards with the best, clearest visualizations to help see growth over time and make optimizations on Braintrust content.

Success means having a single (or multiple) dashboard that enables the team to measure all the aforementioned performance metrics. It also means providing a dashboard solution that can be used to drive real data-driven results to improve social media growth and engagement.

Using the Web3Index along with other sources, build a library of visual content (graphs, graphics, gifs, memes, animated videos) to be shared with the community that give context to the incredible growth metrics of the Braintrust network in comparison to other Web3 projects.
High-Level Requirements
Content and design must be factually accurate and adhere to Braintrust brand guidelines.
Deliverables: List of Web3 influencers, podcasts, YouTube channels and hashtags to track to drive thoughtful discussion around Web3 on social media. This list should be curated to provide a holistic view into the Web3 landscape and trends. Data on Web3 project history, Web3 project success, community and contributor size, project age, industry, etc., with sources to be used in content development. 4 to 6 creative assets developed that place Braintrust as the fastest growing and largest value creating network in Web3.

- A great copywriter. You can build short-form content to clearly explain visualizations in an engaging way.
- An analytical and critical thinker. You know how to collect data that can be used to tell a story.
