Who is Synergy Land looking for?

Content Creators

If you are a content creator who loves playing games and is confident in being a brand ambassador for Synergy Land, this is the place for you. This Ambassador Program was created to offer you exciting opportunities to do with your channel and content, as well as keep you informed about the updates.

What is expected from you:

Create content like Social Media Posts, videos, mentions, giveaways… different tools to increase the brand awareness and presence in the social media channels.

Requirements:

Own an active channel with at least 6 months of activity, oriented to NFT games or crypto, with a minimum of 1k viewers per video. A proof of statistics will be required in order to be considered.

Community Moderators

Synergy Land moderators must be passionate about crypto games and the pursuit of disrupting the NFTs market.

Community moderators will politely and patiently assist fellow community members with questions and concerns relevant to Synergy Land.

Also responsible for sharing NFT/Gaming-related topics and participating in discussions in order to hype up the community in different languages (Discord and Telegram mainly). Community moderators from all over the world are welcome to apply.

An ideal candidate would have:

• Experience in community management in Discord or Telegram.
• A knack for connecting with people from all walks of life.
• Solid knowledge about Synergy Land and its development.
• Solid knowledge about crypto games and investment.

Social Media Writer

Synergy is looking for experienced content writers and social media junkies who know how to engage with other users, educate in this challenging crypto world, to effectively inform followers of latest updates.

As a social media writer at Synergy Land, your role is to help the team connect and communicate with the community and eventually raise awareness of the project and causes through blogs, events, and press channels.

The role of the social media ambassador will be focused mainly on main social media platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, Medium and probably more!

Here are some requirements for becoming a social media writer:

• Excellent grasp of the English language.
• Several years of social experience, crypto-related experience is a plus.
• Experience in writing for other languages is welcome.
• Sample work is a must.

Graphic Designers

Are you a digital art wizard? Synergy Land is open to graphic designers to help develop engaging visual content that demonstrates the project`s vision and educates the Blockchain community. 

Responsibilities will include the development of informative and entertaining content (videos, graphics, GIFs, stickers) on various project-related topics.
Experienced graphic designers who can make fantastic banners for occasions such as new collaborations, listings, platform updates, etc.

How it will work

Once you apply to become an ambassador, the team will review your application.

Once you have been accepted into the program, you will be given various tasks or you can proactively begin helping build Synergy Land communities in your unique way.

TIERS:

Synergy Land Ambassador program will be organized in Tiers, based on each ambassador’s type and skills.

Each ambassador will have a work plan and measurable results. You can move up tiers by participating in Ambassador activities, achieving all tasks and working hard.

You’ll be compensated with an exclusive Discord role as well as SNG tokens depending on your tier and the work you undertake towards the growth of Synergy Land. Rewards will be distributed monthly based on month-to-month contributions and tasks achieved. Quality of work and engagement will carry a higher Tier in terms of rewards.

Tiers will be based on proactivity, content quality and metrics:

• Apprentice: No rewards, this will be the level when ambassadors first join the program.
• Lieutenant: Rewarded with SNG tokens according to this level.
• Captain: Rewarded with SNG tokens according to this level.
• Commander : Rewarded with SNG tokens according to this level.

The rewards will be accumulated in the case the token has not been released. Once listed, the accumulated amount will be transferred to the ambassador and continuing with a monthly distribution.

After market release, according to the price of the SNG token, the rewards could be subject to changes.

Recruitment is done on a rolling-basis and positions are given on flexible terms. Once you have sent through an application, the team will select candidates that align with its values.
