What are the goals for Swash ambassadors?

• Propel SWASH to a “Top 200” token ranking by the end of 2022
• Introduce Swash to new communities, cultures and languages
• Establish Swash’s brand identity and leverage the power of the community
• Drive awareness and adoption of Swash with all stakeholders
• Create and increase content and materials made by the Swash community

Why become a Swash ambassador?

• Earn monthly SWASH based on rank, impact and engagement level
• Lead an active role with one of the fastest-growing projects in Web 3

Ranks and rewards

Up to 100,000 SWASH per month is available for selected ambassadors.

The Swash Ambassador Program reviews and rewards contributions based on three (3) criteria:

1. Frequency: The quantity and regularity of your actions and how consistent they are in boosting awareness and driving engagement each month.
2. Impact: The quality and weight of your work as an ambassador. If your efforts result in a significant boost for Swash, your rewards and rank will rise over time.
3. Length: Ambassadors that consistently contribute effective inputs for months, quarters and years will receive more rewards and higher ranking.

What’s more, Ambassadors who add value and are on board for the long haul will be the first to be considered for full-time roles as core contributors.

*Details on how each of the above criteria are measured will be shared with selected ambassadors.

Swash ambassador rankings

Depending on your involvement and impact as a Swash ambassador, you will receive a different rank:

• First Mate: New ambassadors, regular contributors, low impact — 2,000 SWASH
• Gunner: Original content designers with an in-depth understanding of the project, 6 months experience as a frequent contributor with moderate impact — 3,000 SWASH
• Sailing Master: Performs activities of First Mate and Gunner + 12 months track record with high impact — 4,000 SWASH
• Captain: Attains Sailing Master; leads by example, including onboarding and guiding other ambassadors — 5,000 SWASH

Additional monthly rewards are available for the Swash Ambassador of the Month.

Note: You are not limited to this list and any skill and input by ambassadors is welcome. You can always bring your unique superpowers and perspectives even if they aren’t listed here.

• Social media engagement: Like, retweet, comment, share, post, discuss, engage with popular accounts, shill, upvote, clap, tags, and more!
• Growth hacking: Unlock new audiences for Swash. Create excitement about the project in innovative ways. Identify and discover opportunities for Swash market expansion.
• Design and media: Create videos, memes, infographics, GIFs, summaries, stickers, and other creative assets.
• Connections: Including connections to media, trading communities, influencers, partners, and any other useful resources.
• Content: Write short and long format posts about Swash, reviews, articles, thought leadership pieces, testimonials and other forms of original content.
• Translate: Swash updates and messages to share with your local community.
• Community management: Moderate Swash’s unofficial regional channels and groups in your native language (or another you are fluent in)
• Events: Speak about Swash at events and online streams or even host one!

Application and selection process

Becoming a Swash ambassador is easy. The selection process happens in three steps:

1. Fill out and submit the application form here.

2. If you are selected for the next round, the AP Manager will contact you for an interview.

3. If you are selected, Swash will notify you with onboarding instructions.

Swash anticipates many applicants. Due to volume of applicants, only those who are shortlisted and selected will be contacted and individual feedback to all participants will not be possible.
