Solana Wormhole Hackathon

Program Details

Solana is an ultra-fast, low-cost, low-latency layer 1 blockchain. The network allows developers to combine the secure and self-sovereign properties of blockchains with a front-end experience indistinguishable from the modern web.

Solana and its community place a high priority on cross-chain interoperability to grow all decentralized economies and elevate the existing applications currently built on other chains like Ethereum.

Since this is a collaborative effort, the Solana's team excited to announce the Solana Wormhole hackathon including speakers and judges who have built some of the top DeFi platforms on Ethereum.
 

What will I build?

While the Solana Foundation encourages participants to build with Wormhole, hackers can build any application or tool they believe will have an impact on the ecosystem.

The only requirement is that teams must incorporate Solana into their project in some way.
