MultiversX has committed a total of $150,000 equivalent in EGLD and xMEX tokens as prizes to celebrate the exciting launch of the xExchange platform and to support the MultiversX ecosystem.

Also 150 exclusive spots are now available to be grabbed on the anticipated launch of the Mastercard debit card on xPortal app in 2023. This is the first waiting list to be part of wave one once the card is ready to be launched. Wave one waiting list will include other challenges and other criteria to be announced in the future (for example EGLD stakers or xMEX energy holders will also be able to enter the waiting list soon).

Promotion A:

50 1st Wave Card Waiting List Spots And An Exclusive Prize Pool equivalent of $75,000 for New Users and Existing Ones

• All users that convert a minimum of 3 500 000 MEX to xMEX (1y, 2y or 4y) during the challenge period will share an exclusive prize pool equivalent of $75,000
• 50 spots (randomly allocated) in the 1st wave waiting list for Mastercard Debit Card to be launched in 2023 on xPortal app (currently Maiar Wallet) for iOS and Android

Promotion B:

Exclusive Prize Pool equivalent of $75,000 for top users and 50 guaranteed 1st wave card waiting list spots

All users that convert MEX to xMEX (1y, 2y or 4y) during the challenge period will be ranked based on the energy accumulated by converting MEX to xMEX and will be eligible to participate in the Energy Challenge. The Prize Pool will be split as follows:

• 1st place: $25,000
• 2nd place: $12,500
• 3rd place: $7,500
• 4th-15th place: $30,000 split equally
• 1st - 50th place will receive a guaranteed spot in the waiting list for Mastercard Debit Card to be launched in 2023 on xPortal app (currently Maiar Wallet) for iOS and Android

NOTE: the prizes are expressed in US Dollars but the distribution will be made in EGLD and xMEX

Promotion C:

Based on the xMEX energy, at the end of the challenge, top 5 users in each league, WITH ALL THEIR LKMEX v1 CONVERTED: Tesla, Edison, etc. will get a guaranteed spot in the 1st wave waiting list for Mastercard Debit Card to be launched in 2023 on xPortal app (previously Maiar Wallet) for iOS and Android.

Promotion D:

Top 25 gainers in energy during the challenge (no matter the source) will get a guaranteed spot in the 1st wave waiting list for Mastercard Debit Card to be launched in 2023 on xPortal app (previously Maiar Wallet) for iOS and Android.

Terms & Conditions:

• Participants that win rewards in Promotion B will not be eligible to receive rewards from Promotion A
• A spot on the waiting list can be obtained only from one Promotion in this order: D, C, B, A.

When participating in this challenge, you must refrain from:

• participating with multiple accounts (wallet/address) - bulk accounts are not permitted;
• interfering with, burdening or disrupting the functionality of xExchange platform;
• breaching the security of xExchange platform or publicly identifying any security vulnerabilities in it;
• circumventing or manipulating the operations or functionality of xExchange platform, or attempting to enable features or functionalities that are otherwise disabled, inaccessible or undocumented in xExchange platform;
• using robots, crawles and similar applications to collect and compile content from xExchange or send data to xExchange including for the purpose of competing with xExchange, or in such ways that may impair or disrupt the xExchange platform;
• displaying or embedding content from xExchange, including by any software, feature, gadget or communication protocol, which alters the content or its design;
• transferring the account on xExchange to another person;
• engaging in any type of market manipulation
• violating any applicable law
• MultiversX reserves the right to disqualify users and accounts that fail to observe these Terms & Conditions.
• All rewards will be 50% in EGLD tokens and 50% in xMEX (locked for a period of 1 year)
• Rewards will be distributed within 2 weeks after the challenge ends.
