Morph acts as a distribution hub for the resources builders need to launch and scale for the mass market, so it needs a diverse group of people to help succeed.  Ambassadors are the believers, practitioners, and changemakers: developers, educators, researchers, writers, public speakers, NFT artists, storytellers, meme-makers and creators who want to contribute to Morph and the broader Ethereum vision by doing what they love. They help distribute vital resources, connections, and everything needed to build, launch, and use innovative solutions on Morph.

How to contribute

• Builders: Build consumer-focused applications, provide feedback on products and roadmap, and offer thought leadership for the community.
• Advocates: Create intermediate to advanced content (ideally technical), judge at hackathons, and translate or offer feedback on content and events.
• Explorers: Moderate community platforms, moderate virtual events, establish new language channels, and help generate traction among consumers on social media.

Requirments

1. A passion for Morph, and a strong alignment with Ethereum's vision.
2. Membership in the Morph community, ideally as contributor, or involvement with any Ethereum layer-2 project.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
4. Experience and/or knowledge in at least one relevant domain: Builders: Experience or knowledge in building consumer-focused applications. Advocates: Experience or knowledge in creating technical content or documentation. Explorers: Experience or knowledge in professional community management.
5. A passion for learning and quickly acquiring new skills and knowledge.
6. A self-starter who understands the community needs and works to bridge the gap between the current state and the ideal state.
7. The ability to build and maintain relationships with developers, partners, and industry influencers.
