Eligibility: Anybody is open to participate.

Duration: The testing period will begin today, at this very moment and will continue for a period of 3 weeks ending on June 23.

MonoX has activities for users to test key functionalities as well as bug bounties for any feedback or bugs found when testing.

Activities

1. Adding Liquidity ($ETH)
2. Removing Liquidity ($ETH)
3. Swap $ETH for $MONO
4. Add Liquidity for a new token

PARTICPANTS ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE ABOVE ACTIVITIES.

PARTICPANTS ARE FREE TO EXPLORE THE TESTNET AND ENGAGE IN OTHER ACTIVITIES AND TEAM ENCOURAGE YOU TO DO SO.

Prizes

At the end of the 3 week period, winners will be announced and awarded.

• Participants stand a chance to win their share of $20,000 worth of $MONO tokens
• The top 20 participants will have priority in IDO whitelisting process

Scoring

Tokens will be weighted by the kind of bugs found by the community, rated from low, medium to high importance.

• Non critical Bugs (UX and UI) — LOW
• Smart Contract Related — MEDIUM
• Critical (loss of funds) — HIGH

Switching to the Kovan Test Network

To start exploring the MonoX Testnet on Kovan, do the following:

• Switch “Ethereum Mainnet” to “Kovan Test Network” in your Metamask

 

How to obtain Kovan Testnet ETH (KETH)

There are many ways to get KETH and if you are familiar/more comfortable ways, feel free to go that route.
 

1. Visit the Kovan faucet: https://faucet.kovan.network/

*NOTE: You need to have a GitHub account

 

2. Enter your Metamask wallet address and click send me KETH

 

3. Receive your KETH

 

*Make sure you are on the Kovan Testnet Network in your Metamask Wallet

 

How to Begin:

Visit the MonoX Testnet Platform: https://kovan.monox.finance

 

Click on the “Connect Wallet” button in the top right corner

 

Connect Your Metamask Wallet

 

Once connected the Kovan logo and your wallet address should be visible on the tab:

Activity 1: Adding Liquidity

Select “Add Liquidity”

 

Select $ETH and input an amount. Please add $ETH liquidity as it will grow the $ETH pool and make testing easier for everyone. However you are welcome to add liquidity to any token.
