Merkle Mates Ambassador Program

Details

Merkle Network is a community-driven project, and it needs you to help grow the ecosystem. Merkle Network has created an open community program where every community member can join and support the Merkle ecosystem. You can collect points and receive rewards through dApp staking if your contributions are valid.

The community program consists of 4 areas of contribution:

Taking initiatives and sharing.

• Social engagement by inviting people to join our Telegram/ Twitter through your Social media account.
• Write Blogs and Translation of articles | Tweets and share them on social media
• Create videos about Merkle Network and anything related to itCreate informative tweets about Merkle and share it on social media
• Taking initiatives to creating regional | global channels for promoting and managing it (Twitter | Medium | Telegram)

Showing your skills

• Create stickers | memes | infographics about Merkle
• Hosting / organizing an AMA with KOLs | Voice-chats
• Tutorials | step-by-step guide for developers
• Coding, bug hunting and development work

Freestyles Initiatives

• Freestyle | show your creativity
• Take new learning initiatives for training others.

Business Development

• Successfully referring a project and setting up a meeting with them
• Successful conversion of the referrer (Partnership announcement)
• The project successfully integrates with MERKLE on a technical level (started building, providing liquidity)

There are three different levels of Merkle Mates:

1. Level 1: This consists of 3 months of probation. Where you’ll be actively involved in the community contribution
2. Level 2: This will be a 6 month period where you’ll have to actively try and improve the quality of interaction between Merkle and its community.
3. Level 3: This is the highest form of Merkle Mates. Where you’ll be a part of the core team and facilitate the direction of community management.

Rewards

• The reward system will be based on the #mates community size/followers. You’ll have to publish the stats/metrics against the published materials on the Mate Sheet, which you’ll be given access to. The contribution will also carry a qualitative aspect, so make sure what you are submitting is up to a publishing standard.
• At the end of the month, make sure to log into the sheet and feed in all the information, so the rewards can be dispatched at the end of the month. Plus an individual pool of $50–250 based on the amount of contribution that you make.
• The Business Development tasks will carry a separate reward structure. For achieving each given task above, you’ll be given an additional $50-100 on each task that you fill plus a performance-linked bonus, everything counted individually. Performance linked bonus is directly related to the projects you refer to and what kind of value they provide to the Merkle ecosystem. For instance, if you referred a project that brought 50,000 new users to the Merkle ecosystem, the incentives for that will be directly proportional to contribution. So, in no way, there will be limitations to the incentives you can earn.
• There will be a star performer every month who will receive an additional value on top of his contribution. The qualitative aspect will be decided by the Merkle core in the initial stages, and once there  is LEVEL #3 Mates, they’ll be responsible for the management.

Refrain from spamming others’ communities. Merkle Network wants to build a healthy community with a great product. Be optimistic and positive while doing so.
