When team started Exeedme, team were a team of doers but as they scale to revolutionize the gaming ecosystem, it becomes clear that doers are not enough and team have to build, support and develop their community.

Team are now more certain than ever that the community is the backbone of any successful project. Those who streamline community operations and drive projects adoption and engagement through its communities are the real superheroes. It is rightly said companies are built by people and those that take action to build, inform and engage individuals across communities are the ones who are in the frontline to drive adoption and materialize the project’s vision.

A project’s community is the greatest reflection of its product and token strength. To build and maintain a community you don’t just need to manage a set of like-minded people but rather need to build close relationships that involve deep engagement so that you keep the project grounded. As Exeedme is building the future of gaming it is imperative to involve people that believe in the power of gaming with Defi and NFTs but, at the same time, love interacting with the community and are engaged into building something greater than the sum of the individual parts.

There will be a wide range of options for what you can do as an Exeedme ambassador. Team’ll be looking for Regional Community Managers, Events & Tournament organizers, Content Creators and even Tech/Developers to test the platform.

No matter the role you have as an ambassador, these are the main principles to guide all the activities you’ll be empowered to organise and lead:

1. Introduce the gaming community to Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, Defi and NFTs: because democratizing access to the information is one of the best ways to explain how their project works and how each stakeholder can take advantage of it.
2. Promote Exeedme platform as a tool to monetize gaming skills: Gamers feel they are not getting enough value. They feel exploited by the industry when in fact they are the key stakeholders. Gamers spend months grinding to earn in-game coins and collecting gear, only to get stuck with assets they can’t monetize or transfer to other digital worlds. Exeedme is offering new ways for gamers to monetize their skills and create tradable value for digital items and collectables they have worked so hard for. Presenting their platform and explaining the mechanics team are using to unlock value for gamers is key to unleash the full potential of their project.
3. Ease the access to crypto and blockchain for the gaming community: bringing these topics to the gaming community should easily resonate with its members considering all the games that involve in-game coins, in-game items and its inherent trading mechanics. However, it is important to find ways not just to democratize access to clear, straightforward and educational content but also to interact with crypto and blockchain innovations that bridge the gap to make its use easier for everyday gamers.
