With access to Concordium's development teams, Ambassadors become integral contributors to the project, bridging the gap between Concordium teams and the community.

This ambassadorship goes beyond rewards and recognition; it also provides an unrivaled opportunity to gain significant experience in the blockchain industry and obtain an insider's perspective of the project. Your voice as an Ambassador is highly valuable to the project and Concordium invites you to play a more decisive role by directly contributing to the decision-making processes. What the project is NOT looking for?

Concordium upholds a standard of integrity and informed advocacy. As an ambassador, your role goes beyond simplified promotion (shilling). You will be equipped to understand and communicate Concordium's core value propositions, allowing you to engage with the community and wider audience on a deeper, more meaningful level.

Concordium does not endorse individuals who are actively involved in multiple ambassador or advocate roles for different organizations. Concordium expects prospective candidates to be dedicated to Concordium's mission and growth, as there is a substantial amount of work ahead. While the team understands that you may have other interests, Concordium asks that you do not hold multiple ambassador or advocate positions concurrently.

Rewards

The award system is the most transparent: 1 XP = 0.1 USD in CCD tokens. Each task has a base minimum number of XP points that you will earn if you successfully complete the task. Rewards are distributed monthly after summing up the results of the passed level. Dynamic rate: Based on the current value of CCD tokens, Concordium adjusts the conversion rate from XP to CCD tokens each month.

The reward will be transferred to the Concordium address you provided when filling out the Ambassador form. Payment is made in CCD tokens.

Note: If you do not have a Concordium Wallet, you will not be eligible to receive rewards. Rewards are distributed only into self-custodial Concordium wallet, not exchange wallet.

At the first level, each participant will be able to earn no more than $300 in CCD. The reward zone starts above 300 XP. Experience gained above 3000 XP will not be taken into account when calculating rewards.

Submissions review

How are XP points scored?

Basically, points are awarded in two ways - automatic review of your applications and manual review. In most cases, Concordium reviews your assignments manually. This means that after submitting your task for review, some time will pass before the task is reviewed, the XP points will be credited to your account and you can start the next, dependent task.

During the manual review process of your submissions, community managers will look at the quality and professionalism of your work, adding extra XP points for outstanding work.

Concordium undertakes the responsibility to review your work at least once every 48 hours (excluding weekends) in case content creation. Review of your applications with achievements for the Community Advocate or Community Connector roles may take up to 1 week.

Each task has its own specifics. In case your assignment was rejected, most likely you did not follow the rules and requirements of the specific assignment. Please read the rules for each assignment carefully to ensure you submit your work correctly for review.

Additional XP points

What is additional XP points ?

Additional XP points are XP points not specified in the task rewards that a participant can receive by completing a task with outstanding performance.

In order for Concordium to give you additional extra XP points for outstanding and unsurpassed work, most tasks have a requirement in their description to upload a screenshot. Concordium also reviews these submissions manually, ensuring the quality of your work is reviewed and that additional points are awarded fairly.

Any task that mentions additional XP points in its description and also has a field for uploading a screenshot can earn you additional XP points if your work is of outstanding quality.

Program Structure

The program is divided into seasons, and each season is divided into 3 levels. Each level lasts 1 month. By default, all users start at level 1. Each new level is a separate set of contests and is available upon completion of the previous one. Each new level begins only after summing up the results and calculations of the previous level. The user cannot start from the second or third level. If the user missed the first level, he must wait for the start of the next season. 1 season lasts approximately 3 months.

Each level is a separate set of contests. Each task has a guaranteed minimum number of points, which you will receive in case of a positive review. Depending on the skills and effort expended to create any content or activity, Concordium will add additional XP points.

The project gives the greatest importance and additional XP points to the following formula:

• S Skill: Skills used in content creation
• I Impact: Potential level of impact and usefulness
• E Effort: The effort put into the task

Tasks are divided into those that are checked automatically and those that are checked manually. In the case of manual verification, Concordium aims to:

• review your content creation work at least once every 48 hours.
• review your Community Advocate and Commercial Connector work no later than 1 week after submitting an application with the results of your work.

Movement along the Season

To move from the first to the second level, at the end of the first level the participant must have at least 300 XP points in the leaderboard. If the condition is met, the participant receives rewards and the discord role "Associate". All second level tasks are available only to those who have the "Associate" role. If you have accumulated less than 300 XP points, you cannot claim rewards and advance to the second level.

To move from the second level to the third level, at the end of the second level the participant must have at least 750 XP points in the leaderboard. If the condition is met, the participant receives rewards and the discord role "Senior". All third level tasks are available only to those who have the "Senior" role. If you have accumulated less than 750 XP, you cannot claim rewards and advance to the third level.

To participate in the third level, the participant must have the “Senior” role. At the end of the third level, the participant must have at least 900 XP points in the leaderboard. If such conditions are met, the participant receives rewards and the discord role of "Leader", which is the highest role and honor among Ambassadors.

1. 1st Level to 2nd Level:

• Requirement: Accumulate at least 300 XP points.
• Upon Meeting Requirement: Receive rewards and the "Associate" Discord role.
• Access: Second level tasks are exclusive to those with the "Associate" role.
• Note: Without 300 XP, you can't claim rewards or advance to the second level.

2. 2nd Level to 3rd Level:

• Requirement: Accumulate at least 750 XP points.
• Upon Meeting Requirement: Receive rewards and the "Senior" Discord role.
• Access: Third level tasks are exclusive to those with the "Senior" role.
• Note: Without 750 XP, you can't claim rewards or advance to the third level.

3. 3rd Level:

• Requirement: Possess the "Senior" role.
• Goal: Accumulate at least 900 XP points by the end of the third level.
• Upon Meeting Goal: Receive rewards and the "Leader" Discord role, the highest honor among Ambassadors.

What's next ?

Seasons repeat themselves cyclically. Having finished one season, all participants have the right to start the next one.

Ambassador Levels

The Concordium Ambassador Program is the way of encouraging, rewarding, and recognizing meaningful contributions by the community members. There are two main components to the Rewards Scheme:

Your primary Ambassador role: You will be rewarded for your contributions in your primary Ambassador role

Ambassador Levels: You can also earn rewards by reaching certain Ambassador Levels.

There are three Ambassador Levels: Associate, Senior, Leader

Discord Roles

The Discord level system for Ambassadors consists of 3 roles - Senior, Associate and Leader. As you progress from level to level, you will automatically receive the corresponding roles. So, after completing the first level, you will receive the Senior role, and after completing the third - Leader. To automatically receive a role, you must have the level-appropriate amount of XP and also complete the level-appropriate end quest.

Content Creator

As a Content Creator in the Concordium Ambassador Programme, you become the voice that brings project`s vision to life. Your creativity isn't just about producing content; it's about telling the Concordium story in a way that captivates both the Concordium community and the wider public. You have the unique ability to transform complex ideas into engaging, insightful narratives, making the intricate world of blockchain accessible and appealing to a diverse audience.

Your creations transcend traditional formats. Whether it’s through blogs, podcasts, videos, or graphic designs, each piece is a testament to your creative flair and deep understanding of Concordium. You're not just informing; you're inspiring and relating, breathing life into content that educates and intrigues.

As a storyteller, you break down the complexities of blockchain, crafting engaging narratives and visuals that resonate with both seasoned enthusiasts and newcomers. Your role extends beyond content creation; you are building bridges, breaking barriers, and nurturing understanding of Concordium's mission and values.

Your work is pivotal in sparking dialogue, fostering exploration, and promoting knowledge sharing within the community. As you shape Concordium's narrative, you also shape Concordium reputation, enhancing public perception and expanding Concordium influence in the blockchain ecosystem. Your contributions are not just valued; they are essential to the journey and success.

Requirements

• You must have at least one previously published pieces of content about Concordium.
• To apply for an Ambassadorship and qualify for rewards, simply submit your published pieces through the Ambassador nomination form for formal review of the type and quality of your content and to provide feedback.

Criteria for assessing content:

• Your content can be graphical, text, articles, blogs, audio, and/or video. Tools (apps, websites, etc.) are also acceptable.
• Your content should inform Concordium community about the technical or social aspects of Concordium.
• Your content should be up to date, well presented, and of high quality. Video and audio should be of high quality in terms of resolution, editing, and production value. Graphic design work should show proficiency in execution.
• Your text should be flawless and grammatically correct.
• Your content should represent the values of the Concordium brand.
• Your audiovisual production should excel in quality and delivery.
• Please note: Price and trading-related content is not eligible for rewards.

Community Advocate

Community Advocates serve as the harmonizing force within the Concordium Ambassador Program. They are entrusted with the responsibility of creating and maintaining a welcoming, productive atmosphere within Concordium's official/unofficial community channels, including platforms such as Discord and Telegram. They serve as the guardians of these digital arenas, working diligently to ensure these spaces remain resourceful, engaging, and enjoyable for the diverse members of Concordium global community. By effectively managing conversations in multiple languages, they facilitate a robust exchange of ideas while upholding the community standards. Community Advocates not only act as a bridge between Concordium and its community members, but also foster an environment of respect, cooperation, and mutual growth. Their efforts contribute significantly to shaping the collective Concordium experience, and their role is integral to the cohesion and vibrancy of our growing community. Requirements

Anyone who loves engaging with the Concordium community is welcome to apply. No specific background is required. Eligibility requirements:

• Must be passionate about Concordium and its mission.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and 1 other language.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Must be able to uphold the community values and standards.

Criteria for assessing performance:

• Ability to create and maintain a welcoming, productive atmosphere within Concordium's official community channels.
• Ability to effectively manage conversations in English and minimum 1 other language.
• Ability to facilitate a robust exchange of ideas while upholding the community standards.
• Ability to act as a bridge between Concordium and its community members.
• Ability to foster an environment of respect, cooperation, and mutual growth.

Additional Notes:

• Community Advocates will have the opportunity to attend exclusive events and meetups.
• Community Advocates will have the opportunity to collaborate with other Community advocates and members of the Concordium team.

• Kickstarting and managing Local Concordium Community on relevant platform (300 XP)
• Leading a small project or initiative within the community, including planning, execution, and reporting. (200 XP/project)
• Developing and implementing strategies for community expansion and engagement. (200 XP)

Medium Effort Tasks

• Moderating online forums or chat groups, ensuring adherence to community guidelines. (100 XP/week)
• Gathering basic feedback from community members through surveys or direct communication. (20 XP/feedback form)
• Getting new users onboarded to the dApps in the Concordium Ecosystem (40 XP/5 users)

Low Effort Tasks

• Liking, sharing, and commenting on the organization's social media posts. (3 XP/activity)
• Share useful resources, tools, or information relevant to the community's interests. (5 XP per shared resource + insightful description of the resource)
• Targeted valuable comment on relevant platform under the influencer to build interest in the project (5 XP/valuable comment)

Commercial Connector

Commercial Connectors are vital components of the Concordium Ambassador Program. Their role primarily involves creating strategic connections and nurturing relationships that synergize with Concordium's mission and objectives. They are entrusted with the task of identifying prospective partner organizations, understanding their needs, and aligning Concordium's value propositions to those needs. By cultivating mutually beneficial relationships, they contribute to the collective success of Concordium in the blockchain space.

Tracking ongoing projects is available using Kanbanflow. This board for tracking current tasks and projects that all Commercial Connectors are working on will help you collaborate on your work with other members, thereby allowing you to more effectively perform the responsibilities of the role. Concordium will send an invitation to access the board to everyone who filled out the form and indicated the Commercial Connector role of interest.

Through proactive communication, detailed presentations, and continuous relationship management, they bridge Concordium with a wider network of organizations. In their capacity as Commercial Connectors, they not only extend the reach of the Concordium community but also deepen its impact. They serve as a critical nexus, seamlessly connecting Concordium with the expansive landscape of the Web3 ecosystem and beyond.

Requirements

Profile of the Applicants Anyone who loves to understand the benefits of the Concordium ecosystem and would like to connect it to other organizations is welcome to apply. No specific background is required, passion for building relationships and out of the box approaches to forming partnerships are appreciated.

Eligibility requirements:

• Must be passionate about Concordium and its mission.
• A plus: have a strong network of contacts in the blockchain space.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical.
• Must be able to execute independently and as part of a team.

Nice to haves:

• Has built partnerships in web3 or tech-oriented businesses
• Has a strong network of contacts in the web3.

Criteria for assessing performance:

• Ability to identify and cultivate prospective partner organizations.
• Ability to understand the needs of partner organizations and align Concordium's solutions to those needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively about Concordium's mission and solutions.
• Ability to achieve agreed-upon targets in terms of providing prospects.

• Develop and propose comprehensive partnership strategies, including how Concordium and the partner can mutually benefit. (200 XP/Strategic plan)

Medium Effort Tasks

• Create tailored presentations or documents for potential partners, highlighting Concordium's value aligned with the partner's needs. (80 XP for set of materials)
• Develop detailed profiles of potential partners, including their needs, goals, and potential alignment with Concordium. (50 XP per profile)

Low Effort Tasks

• Attend relevant webinars, virtual meetups, or conferences to represent Concordium and make initial connections. (30 XP/participation in the event)
• Conduct basic research on potential partners to understand their market position and relevance to Concordium. (20 XP/research report)
• Identify potential partner organization and initiate contact through emails or social media. (5 XP/activity)
• Post about the recent partnerships/segment in the social media (5 XP/activity)
