Capella Finance Ambassador Program

Details

Capella Finance Ambassadors will help manage and grow Capella Finance community. Together with the Capella Finance team, Ambassadors will improve Capella Finance in terms of education, usability, privacy and decentralization for everyone and make the project recognizable around the world.

In this program, Capella Finance will use a layered approach.

Members who are more active, put in more effort, and are more supportive of the community building efforts will be promoted to higher tiers with more rewards.

The way to move up to new levels will initially be decided by the Capella Finance team, and as there will be more members at higher levels, they will also join the process of deciding which ambassadors should move up.

How it works?

There are three levels of ambassadors:

1. Senior Ambassador
2. Ambassador
3. Assistant

The team going to select up to twenty Ambassadors to start the Ambassador Program. Capella Finance is making the first group relatively small, but in the future Capella Finance will add students and promote Ambassadors to Senior Ambassadors.

How can ambassadors help the community?

Capella Finance understands that everyone has different strengths. The points below are just an idea of the responsibilities you can perform to contribute to the community.

• Writing: authoring blog posts, In depth Twitter threads, web articles
• Videos: creating Reviews, video instructions, Comparison videos
• Discord: onboarding new members, Answering questions
• International: representing your country’s community and relaying information, Translation of content
• Operational: helping out the Capella team with the Ambassador program
• Events: hosting virtual and in-person events in your country

Capella Finance will keep a record of activity for each participant of the Ambassador Program. Using this Capella Finance will promote active Ambassadors who are doing quality work or demote inactive Ambassadors.

Rewards

$100,000 (at the current private round price) in CAPE tokens allocated for the Ambassador Program

Ambassadors will be rewarded according to their role. Senior Ambassador — will receive the maximum reward.

How to apply?

1. Subscribe to Twitter/Telegram/Discord.
2. Retweet the program announcement on Twitter
3. You need to fill out a short form about yourself in the #ambassador-form Discord channel
4. You also need to fill out the Google form

Applications are accepted until August 8th.

How will the ambassadors be chosen?

The tem will evaluate applications based on:

• Quality of posted content
• Content Creativity
• Activity (engagement) in Discord
• Frequently asked Questions

Will there be ambassadors in every language?

Capella Finance hopes to introduce as many languages and communities as possible.

The first season of the Ambassador Program will run from August 8 to October 8.
