BreederDAO is pleased to announce the official launch of the BreederDAO Builder Ambassador Program. As a community-first project, BreederDAO envisions building a community that consistently listens and caters to the needs and desires of its believers and supporters. As such, giving enthusiastic and dedicated community members from around the world an opportunity to help grow and drive community engagement in the BreederDAO ecosystem is of utmost priority so the team is able to create a culture for the community, by the community.

Program Structure

The BreederDAO Builder Program will first involve a screening process whereby individuals apply to become Ambassadors (called ‘Builders’) via a general application form.

Once applications have been submitted, the BreederDAO team will screen applicants based on their skill sets and motivation, taking into account the unique characteristics they possess which they can bring to the table (e.g interests, special talents, region/culture, etc).

Following the screening process, the BreederDAO team will select a number of applicants and place them in specific Builder Roles where they are best fit to add value to the BreederDAO ecosystem. Only a limited number of participants will be chosen as Builders.

Builder Roles

BreederDAO Design Architect: These builders will be in charge of designing infographics, banners, memes, creative videos, and other artworks for BreederDAO. Essentially, they will tackle anything related to creative design.
BreederDAO Community Moderator and Engineer: These builders will be in charge of ideating and potentially leading community-wide and/or local community events and activities to energize the BreederDAO community.
BreederDAO Language Interpreter: These builders will create and oversee BreederDAO communities in various regions, as well as translate official BreederDAO blogs, conduct live translations for AMAs, and translate and write articles. Ideally, 2 ambassadors from each target region will be selected for this role.
BreederDAO Awareness Manager (Influencer): These builders will be in charge of social media tasks, such as spreading awareness about BreederDAO on Twitter or other social media platforms, driving meaningful conversations about the project in the communities, and onboard other communities to the BreederDAO factory. These builders may also produce original content to support BreederDAO. Builders who would like to help in recruiting and onboarding games and guilds as BreederDAO partners are also encouraged to apply for this role.
BreederDAO Analyst: These builders are the P2E/Gaming-obsessed community members who are willing to and interested in sharing discussion surrounding the P2E and gaming spaces, as well as insights and alpha information. These builders may also host discussions about onboarding and learning more about P2E.

Quests and Incentives:

Once established in their roles, Builders will work collectively to complete a series of quests which have been set in place by the BreederDAO team. Quests will generally involve targets and other initiatives that serve to instill awareness about BreederDAO with the ultimate goal of expanding and nurturing the BreederDAO community.

Builders will be incentivized to complete quests via a rewards system, whereby Builders will receive regular rewards by moving up in ranking level. As Builders complete quests and continue to increase their ranking level, they will receive larger monthly reward allocations.

Some quests will be level-specific, such that Builders of certain ranking levels will have an opportunity to ascend to the next level. Other quests will take the form of tasks that must be completed on a weekly or monthly basis. Builders will be required to complete tasks in order to remain eligible for their base-level reward allocation each month.

Points

In addition to advancing in ranking level, Builders who complete quests will earn points. Builders will be able to use their points to redeem BREED tokens or other merchandise, as available. Points will be assigned to Builders based on both the quality of their work and the magnitude of its impact on the BreederDAO community.
