bitsCrunch’s incentivized testnet is currently underway successfully onboarding 54 operators as part of Task 1. Together, these operators have a combined staked total value locked (TVL) of over $3 billion and a more than a million user base. 

Task 3 is about testing the bitsCrunch network API to test the performance, stability, and scalability by browsing and completing activities on the UnleashNFTs platform.

Prerequisites to participate in Task 3

● Accept the cookie banner when opening the unleashnfts.com for the first time
● Connect an Ethereum wallet (eg: Metamask) to the platform
● Supported browser: Google Chrome 
● Certain jurisdictional limitations apply, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions ‘Eligibility for Testnet’
section.

Task 3 Activities

As participants, individuals can expect to spend a few minutes each day navigating to different pages on the unleashnfts.com platform and also participate in rewarding marketing engagements to score points. These activities will allow participants to accrue points and only those ranked in the top 1,000 points-wise will be eligible for token rewards.

Visiting pages on unleashnfts.com Platform

Participants are encouraged to frequently visit specific pages on the unleashnfts.com platform. Information about the pages to visit will be visible on the leaderboard page. 

These routine visits help to stress test the network performance by pointing to the network API at regular intervals. Participants can
earn a maximum of 100 points per day performing this activity.

Providing Feedback, Bug Discovery, and Content Contribution

A crucial part of the task activities involves participants providing feedback on their user experience, discovering potential bugs, and contributing to the platform’s content. By reporting their experiences, participants play a key role in improving the platform’s overall functionality and the data quality of the network.

● An example of a bug report would be “page ‘x’ is not loading properly for collection with contract address “y”
● An example of content contribution would be “collection ‘a’ is categories wrongly as music whereas it is a game collection”

Note: The bitsCrunch team will thoroughly assess each submission and determine the assignment of points based on the merit of the contribution. Each qualified submission would be eligible for 50 points and participants can earn a maximum of 100 points per day performing this activity.

How are points or rankings calculated?

Each activity has an assigned point and the below table provides an overview of the list of activity types and the maximum points scorable for a given frequency.

(1) Pages to visit will be changed weekly and shared in advance.
(2) Forms will be provided on the unleashnfts.com platform to collect feedback, bug reports, or any other content contribution.

(3) Top performers in marketing campaigns will stand a chance to gain additional rewards in the form of stablecoins or BCUT tokens.

Is there a specific duration for the testnet, or is it ongoing?

Testnet is planned to end on the 31st of August 2023.

Can I use multiple wallets and get multiple airdrops?

No, the project does not encourage users to use multiple wallets and will consider this as a Sybil attack and will disqualify them from airdrop.

What are the maximum points scorable per week?

The maximum scorable points per week is 1750, In certain weeks, it could be lower than this.
