AERGO & Blocko's DApp Contest

About

Blocko will be providing logistics and technical support to the developers participating in the contest. Samsung Blockchain and AERGO Foundation will be judging the DApps. Emphasis will be given to DeFi DApps and unique B2C DApps. At the end of the contest, Samsung Blockchain will select DApps to be listed on the Samsung Blockchain Wallet DApp Marketplace.

Blocko will host a hackathon contest to find and award the best DApps from the developer community. The Samsung Blockchain team will be part of the judging panel and lend support to list the DApps in the millions of Samsung mobile devices. Sponsored by the AERGO Foundation, AERGO will be awarding token prizes to the top DApps.

• 500,000 AERGO token purse
• 250,000 First place
• 100,000 Second place
• 50,000 Third place
• 20,000 Fourth place
• 10,000 Fifth place
• 5,000 — 14 random picked participants

Contest Rules

• DApps need to comply with Samsung Blockchain Wallet requirements. Please refer to the SDK here
• DApp can be webapp format (mobile optimized) or Android app

Restricted categories:

• No adult themed
• No large investment promising high return type
• No gambling

Encouraged categories:

• DeFi
• Games
• Social
• Other
• Teams may submit as many DApps as they would like
• Individuals or companies may participate
• Samsung will determine which DApps will be listed on the Samsung Blockchain DApp Marketplace

Schedules:

• Applications will be accepted starting March 11, 2021
• Applications to participate deadline is April 9, 2021
• DApp submission deadline is July 9, 2021
• Winners will be announced on July 16, 2021
